Waiting in line at the county transfer station with a full trailer
The dump run is in the price. So is the fee at the gate.
How a photo quote works

Your photo is the estimate.

We look at the pile, figure out how much trailer it takes, add the county's dump fee for that kind of load, and text you one number. No one drives out to look first.

What's included

Everything up to the sweep.

Both of us, the loading, the straps, the drive to the transfer station, the dump fee, and a swept floor or a clean curb when we leave.

Quote only

Heavy and awkward, priced from your photo.

Concrete, tile and dirt are priced by weight, not space. Hot tubs, pianos and sheds are quote only. Stairs and long carries are included in every price, and weeknights cost the same as weekends.

Paying

On completion, no deposit.

Venmo, Zelle, cash or card when the trailer is loaded. If the pile turns out bigger than the photo, we re-quote before loading, and you can say no for free.

Questions

About the price.

What does junk removal cost?

A single item is from $75, a couch or fridge is $95, a quarter trailer $150, a half $250 and a full trailer $390, with labor, loading and dump fees included. A second item adds $25. Stairs and long carries are included. Text a photo and we text back the exact number within the hour; the number we text is the number you pay.

When do you come?

Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am to 6 pm. Text any day of the week, pick a Saturday or Sunday slot, and it's gone that weekend. Weeknight evenings by arrangement, same price.

Do I have to be home?

No. Leave it in the driveway, the garage with the door up, or the curb, and text us where it is. Realtors and property managers: lockbox jobs are fine, just text us the code. We send a photo when it's done.

How do I pay?

On completion, by Venmo, Zelle, cash or card. No deposit.

What if the pile is bigger than the photo?

We re-quote before we load anything, and you can say no for free.

What don't you take?

Paint, chemicals or anything hazardous. St. Johns County has drop-offs for those and we'll point you to the right one. Tires, TVs and mattresses are fine; tires and TVs carry a small county fee that goes into your price.

How do you price yard debris?

By how much of the trailer it fills, same as everything else. A pile of fronds is usually a quarter trailer; a whole hedge or a fence line is closer to a full one. Pavers, concrete and dirt are priced by weight from your photo.

Where does it go?

Usable furniture and appliances get offered to people who need them first. The rest goes to the county transfer station, with metal pulled out for recycling. Dump fees are already in your price.
